GRANÁT TURNOV, as part of the Czech presentation at the EXPO 2025 World Exhibition in Osaka, is a partner of the exceptional cultural project Ballet of Tomorrow: The Symphony of Clouds, which is experiencing its world premiere today, August 1, 2025, as part of the Czech exposition at EXPO 2025 in Osaka.
This unique ballet project combines classical performing arts – ballet, opera singing and piano music – with the most modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence, holographic projections and virtual reality.
Ballet of Tomorrow: The Symphony of Clouds is not just a ballet. It is a work of art of the future that connects classical music and dance with the most modern technologies, Czech jewelry and a strong story about the harmony between tradition and innovation.
Art and technology in a rare balance
This project was created thanks to the collaboration of Czech and international artists led by Oldřich Voyta and Nataliya Grimberg, who combined ballet, opera singing and piano playing with artificial intelligence, holographic projections and elements of virtual reality. The result is a scenic work that transcends the usual boundaries of genre and form.
Granát Turnov: the beauty of Czech garnets on the ballet stage
Granát, d.u.v., Turnov – a traditional Czech manufacturer of jewelry with Czech garnets – also joined the project. Its jewelry adorned original costumes that will be exposed to lighting effects and digital mapping during the ballet. The collaboration is natural – ballet and jewelry require precision, a sense of beauty, tradition and the courage to innovate.
Premiere in the Czech Pavilion
The world premiere of the ballet will take place on August 1, 2025 as part of the Czech presentation at EXPO. The work will be available for viewing repeatedly over the next three days. There are already plans to present the project in the Czech Republic and other countries.
Ballet of Tomorrow is not only a cultural event, but also a calling card of Czech creativity, openness to the world and the ability to innovate without losing authenticity.
“We thank the creators of the project, especially OLDRICH VOYTA and Nataliya Grimberg, and everyone who helped make this project happen. We are proud to be part of such an exceptional combination of art and technology – and that jewelry with Czech garnets can be part of it.”
