We are proud that Granát Turnov represents Czech jewelry and traditional craftsmanship at the international exhibition EXPO 2025 in Japan.
We brought more than just jewelry to Japan. We brought with us culture, a story and a unique experience that connects our history with the modern world.
We tell the story of the Czech garnet
Part of our presentation is the film The Story of the Czech Garnet, which runs right in the Czech Pavilion. Visitors have the opportunity to watch the entire process, from the extraction of Czech garnets in our own mines to the hand-made production of precision jewelry in workshops in Turnov.
Introducing jewelry designed for EXPO
We also brought a special jewelry collection to EXPO, created exclusively for this occasion.
The gold EXPO 2025 Set, which we created as a single original piece, is particularly eye-catching. We designed and manufactured this exceptional piece of jewelry specifically for the world exhibition.
Culture that connects generations
Granát Turnov is also the general partner of the artistic project Ballet of Tomorrow – an extraordinary performance that combines ballet, opera, piano concerto and the latest technologies such as holography, AI and virtual reality. The artists perform on stage in costumes decorated with jewelry with Czech garnets, which will also be presented in virtual reality for the first time – tradition literally enters the future.
Our representatives on site
Our colleagues are currently in the Czech Pavilion, presenting Granát Turnov, conducting business negotiations and sharing with visitors everything that makes Czech jewelry so exceptional. We are meeting with enormous interest and warm reactions – and for that we are extremely grateful.
